28 High-Resolution Puffy Clouds Backgrounds

It has been raining for the past few days so I really long to see the usual blue skies with some puffy clouds. I know it is impossible to realize this so I just reviewed my files for some clouds backgrounds from my vacation trip last summer. So here, I am giving away two sets of clouds backgrounds that you may use for free in your designs. You can use these clouds backgrounds in creating scenes with a blue sky background and some clouds. These are also useful for 3D renditions. In Photoshop, you can use these cloud textures to replace the sky portion of a shot to make it more interesting. I can go on and on here, enumerating how you can use these textures in your designs.

All of the clouds backgrounds in this set are super high-resolution, with the size of each texture set at 4288×2848 pixels. Most feature puffy cumulus clouds in blue background. There are also some stratus clouds and some cumulus-nimbus clouds. These clouds backgrounds were taken using a professional DSLR camera and processed in Adobe Photoshop CS3. If you do not like the look of these clouds below, you may request also the original files from me if you wish. As usual, these clouds backgrounds are free to use in your designs, both personal and commercial. No credit is necessary as long as you link back to this original post.
